Fossilcote Latex
A milky white liquid additive for improving the properties of concrete and mortars, particularly adhesion and waterproofing. This product compensates for deficiencies in cement based admixtures without detracting from their inherent strength among other properties. Offers early hardening, abrasion resistance and increased durability through improving corrosion protection. For spalled concrete, bonding new concrete to old and bedding tiles.
Fossilcote Pourable GP Epoxy
A high strength, low viscosity, solvent free, self-levelling, fluid epoxy resin grouting compound formulated to withstand static and locomotory loads in a variety of applications. This product is suitable for an application range of 10-80mm. For grouting floor bolts, anchoring and structural filling of holes and cavities in concrete.
Fossilcote Smooth & Patch Special
A two component, acrylic polymer modified, cementitious waterproofing plaster system. Requires only on site mixing and can be easily applied by pump spray method and trowelled off to produce a smooth, even and high densitywaterproof finish. Provides an effective barrier to waterborne salts and atmospheric gases. For coating sea water channels, providing protection to concrete surfaces from carbonation and chloride ion attack and provides a protective and waterproof lining to foundations.

This answer is highly variable based on use case and if proper care is taken to ensure maximum lifespan. These floors typically last 10-20 years. The prep and priming is the part of the system that will hold for a long time. Over that time, a finishing re-coat can be applied to freshen up the floor at a fraction of the cost of removing and re-installing a new system.
