Eposhield ST
An intensely chemical resistant epoxy resin that is specifically designed for demanding applications such as green concrete or high humidity conditions.Also brilliantly tailored for petroleum storage tanks, chemical bund areas, breweries, acid plants and sugar mills. It is applied as a rubber coat on steel or concrete tanks or in combination with glass fiber reinforcing membrane and chemical resistant C glass veil. Chemical resistance to 50% Sulphuric acid, 20% HCl, 5% Acetic acid, 30% Sodium Hydroxide.
Fossilcote WB Epoxy
An easy to use, twin pack, water based, epoxy flooring enamel. The finished system provides a breathable, easily cleaned and attractive semi-gloss or satin finish. The water based system makes it environmental friendly and easy to apply with very low Volatility Organic Compounds(VOCs ) which could affect processes nearby. Totally dry surfaces for coating are not imperativeas it is tolerant to damp and may be applied to green concrete that is less than 28 days old. A lasting product for floors and walls that is cost effective, solvent free, water thinnable, hygienic and scrub resistant. Ideal for food processing areas, dairies, garages and store rooms.
Fossilcote UP Primer
A two-component solventless, clear epoxy primer for concrete floors. It is applied to floors to form the undercoat surface prior to epoxy top coat applications. Designed mainly for floor applications affording good chemical resistance and improved durability. Offers high bond strength, rapid curing and is moisture tolerant. This product is compatible with other fossilcote epoxy coating systems such as Fossilcote WB, Fossilcote 215 and Fossilcote Robust HB. This property makes it an all- in-one, general and universal epoxy primer of choice and an industry standard.
Fossilcote Robust Clear
A two-component, solventless, clear epoxy top coat. It is applied to floors to form the wearing surfacefor indoor applications. Excellent chemical resistance and durabilityto abrasion makes Fossilcote Robust clear the choice of protection in a single coat. Ideal for factories, workshops, food and beverage plants.

This answer is highly variable based on use case and if proper care is taken to ensure maximum lifespan. These floors typically last 10-20 years. The prep and priming is the part of the system that will hold for a long time. Over that time, a finishing re-coat can be applied to freshen up the floor at a fraction of the cost of removing and re-installing a new system.
